The concept

The inspiration for this day actually came from workshop participants..

If you’ve been to any of my workshops you know that lunch is always a big highlight, with good honest Middle Eastern-style feast that is full of flavours and colours.

Such big highlight that we agreed that it deserves a day of its own…

The day is named Fantastic feasts because, unlike the other workshops, this one includes little theory and lots of hands-on cooking of simple healthy foods, that taste delicious and are easy to cook.

The final menu might change based on the season and fresh produce availability, but check out the menu of the previous Fantastic feasts day.

Time: Arrive at 9:45 for a 10:00 start / End of day ~4 pm.

Registration includes

– A whole day dedicated to cooking (and eating of course) delicious food. All food is vegetarian. Check out the menu , we’ll be making everything from scratch! The menu can be adopted to cater for different dietary requirements.
