Gal’s Kitchen Culture Refund Policy

Students are entitled to a full course fee refund if:

• The course is cancelled by Gal’s Kitchen Culture for any reason prior to commencement;
• The student gives notice of their withdrawal from the course 2 or more working days prior to the course commencement date.

If the student has medical, hardship or other unique or extenuating circumstances, which prevent their attendance, each case to be assessed on an individual basis.

Students are entitled to a partial course fee refund if:

• The student gives notice of their withdrawal from the course less than 2 working days prior to the course commencement date.

The partial refund will consist of the original course fee paid less a $50 administration fee. Cancellation fees will be used as a credit for your next booking with Gal’s Kitchen Culture.

Gal’s Kitchen culture reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time
to ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal laws.
