Hello world! My name is Gal Winter, a local Armidale mother of two, and a Dr of Biomedical Science.

Culture is a central value to me.

First, it’s the culture of our lives, our cultural background and the way we choose to instil content into our lives.

Then there’s also the microbial sense of the word, where microbial culture means the growth of microbial community in a solution.

Kitchen culture is the ultimate synergy of both aspects.

I had spent many years studying Food Science and Fermentation in particular. I love practicing it! Although the science is quite involved… the practice is SO simple.

I wish to invite you to join me for a hands-on workshop on Fermentation science and healthy eating. Fantastic foods and great tips for busy people who wants to do more and know more about their foods.
